Answer #2: Yes, Doug Wright was executed in September of 1996, and Harry Moore was executed in 1997. Both men “volunteered” for execution by waiving their remaining appeals. They were both executed by lethal injection.

Answer #2: Yes it is, sodium thiopenthal, an anaesthetic, followed by pancurium bromide which paralyses the muscles, and then potassium chloride which stops the heart.
